At Club de Présage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
